1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Velvet website, making a booking, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of the Velvet Theaters & Cabanas facility located in Rohtak, Haryana.
2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and a written confirmation from Velvet (via WhatsApp or email).
- Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day bookings may be available — call us to check.
- The guest making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party.
- Maximum capacity limits per venue must be strictly observed: Theater – 15 guests, Cabana – 12 guests, Full Venue – 30 guests.
- Velvet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
- Any special decoration or add-on requests must be communicated at the time of booking.
Note: Walk-in guests are welcome subject to availability but decoration or special setup requests cannot be accommodated without prior notice.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the venue before the session begins.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the price agreed at time of booking.
- Add-ons (cake, decoration, extra hours) must be paid in advance or at the venue as communicated.
- Velvet accepts UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our team.
- Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full advance refund.
- Cancellation 12–24 hours before session: 50% of advance refunded.
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before session: No refund on advance.
- Rescheduling: Always free, with minimum 12 hours notice, subject to availability.
- In case Velvet must cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., technical issues, force majeure), a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI payments, refunds are typically faster.
5. Guest Conduct & Rules
To ensure a premium experience for all guests, the following rules apply:
- Guests must arrive within 15 minutes of their booked slot time. Late arrival does not extend session duration.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the premises unless specifically arranged in advance.
- Smoking or use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside all venues.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the venue clean and tidy.
- Any damage to equipment, furniture, screens, or décor caused by guests will be charged in full.
- Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Outside food is welcome; however, messy or strongly odorous food items may be restricted.
- Loud or disruptive behaviour that disturbs other guests may result in early termination of your session without refund.
- Photography and videos for personal use are allowed. Commercial shoots require prior permission.
6. Liability & Damages
Velvet takes every precaution to maintain a safe and clean environment. However:
- Velvet is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises.
- Guests accept full responsibility for any damage caused to Velvet's property during their session.
- Velvet's maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
- Velvet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Content & Media
All content on the Velvet website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Velvet Theaters & Cabanas and may not be reproduced without permission.
By using our services, you grant Velvet permission to use photographs or videos taken at our venue (with guests' faces blurred or with consent) for marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
Velvet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
